though you might not believe it, I had these plates for around 10 years. When I fished them out of the garage wasn't looking for these plates. In fact these were the ONLY two plates I was NOT looking for (because I never owned the vehicles they were registered to)
I got 4 parking tickets to cars I had in my name from the city. How they got my name with the plates listed on the ticket I have no clue. I have had a lot of cars in my name cause many I got specifically to sell, but I never had the car that was ticketed.
It was AFTER I took out the Illinois plates that I felt enigmatic
